Jeff was born and raised in North Carolina. After graduating from
the North Carolina School of the Arts for Filmmaking, Jeff took
the harrowing trek from the Smokey Mountains of NC to the bustling
metropolis of New York City. There he acquired a loving wife and
a great job with Paramount Pictures, in distribution. He has successfully
completed six feature-length screenplays and is in the development
